Your child is bright and full of immense potential, but they may be struggling with reading, writing or spelling — challenges that can seem out of place compared to their peers.
These difficulties can be frustrating for both your child and you, as it might feel like their true potential isn't being reached.
We’re here to help them
overcome these challenges and thrive.
Educational Therapy
We provide educational therapy designed to equip children with dyslexia with the skills and tools to become independent learners. During their learning journey, children learn to embrace their learning differences, understand how they process information and that they CAN learn.
Together, we can unlock their full potential to showcase their strengths and talents, ensuring they gain the confidence they need to succeed in their educational journey.
At Letters & Senses, we are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to supporting children with dyslexia to overcome their literacy challenges.

An Unexpected Difficulty – Dyslexia
According to The Yale Center for Dyslexia and Creativity, children and adults with dyslexia struggle to read fluently and spell words correctly; these difficulties have otherwise no connection to their overall intelligence.
Dyslexia is an unexpected difficulty in reading in an individual who has the intelligence to be a much better reader.
Like two sides of a coin, having dyslexia comes with its challenges and advantages – while people with dyslexia are generally slower readers, they often are fast and creative thinkers with strong reasoning abilities.
The Orton-Gillingham Approach
The OG Approach is a direct, explicit, multisensory, structured and sequential way to teach children the English language layers in a way their brains can acquire the skills for reading, writing and spelling. Every lesson is diagnostic and prescriptive to cater to individual's learning needs. More importantly, the OG Approach is emotionally sound – we make learning fun, engaging and meaningful to meet the child where s/he is.
What makes us confident in helping your child?
We are trained in the
Orton-Gillingham (OG) Approach.
At our core, we believe that every child CAN and WANT to learn. It is our responsibility to find out and understand each child’s unique learning needs and preferences. By doing so, we can tailor our methods and teach the way they learn.
“Take a deep breath and know that dyslexia is not a barrier to success. Sometimes we fear that for our children and we fear that for ourselves, but just recognise that dyslexia is something that can be turned into a superpower, and your child has unique strengths and abilities that will shine through, but with the right level of support.”
Vanessa Teo, HR Leader and mother of two dyslexic children
